How do DJs collect cover charges?

Cover can be cash at the door, a prepaid plan, or a mix. The list should show which guests already paid.

Many rooms still take cash or the venue POS at the door. The list only needs to say who is complimentary, who pays, and who already settled a plan.

DJZop can attach guest plans and shop checkout to the artist. Door staff then see status instead of guessing. Platform billing for the DJ studio is separate from guest cover.

If the venue owns the till, use the list for names and comps only. If you collect guest payments yourself, keep that on the same night record so refunds and no-shows are not a second spreadsheet.
