How do you run a guest list for a DJ night?

Create the night, share one list link, let people RSVP, check them in at the door, then keep the history.

Start with a single night — date, venue, and who can add names. Give promoters and residents their own path onto that list so you can see who brought whom.

Share one RSVP or list link. Do not run parallel Google Sheets. Guests should land on a page that already knows the night, not a blank form you have to remap later.

At the door, search the live list. Check people in. Do not accept screenshots as source of truth. After close, the studio still has attendance against that night.
