Launch your first guest list
One night, one list, one link. Do not start three sheets.
1. Create the night
In the DJZop studio, add the night — date, venue, and name. Everything else hangs off this record.
2. Open the list
Add yourself and the crew first. Then give promoters a way onto that same list instead of a side channel.
3. Share RSVP
Send guests the portal or list link for that night. They RSVP themselves. You stay the owner of the list.
4. Work the door
At the door, search and check in. Close the night with who showed, not who promised.
